2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website conceptcore.co (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
3. DEFINITIONS
"Publisher" refers to CONCEPTCORE as identified above.
"User" refers to any person accessing the Site, whether as a visitor, registered member, or paying client.
"Member" refers to a User who has created an account on the Site.
"Content" refers to all texts, images, videos, courses, masterclasses, live classes, mentorship programs, and other materials available on the Site.
4. ACCESS TO THE SITE
The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, internet subscription) are borne by the User.
The Publisher uses reasonable efforts to maintain the Site accessible at all times. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Site.
5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Certain features of the Site, including access to purchased courses, require the creation of a user account.
Credentials: The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through the Member's account is deemed to have been performed by the Member.
Security: If the Member suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must notify the Publisher immediately at aurel@conceptcore.co.
Accuracy: The Member agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to update it as needed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and all of its content, including but not limited to its brand, logo, design, structure, texts, images, videos, course materials, and software, are the exclusive property of the Publisher and its partner artists.
These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property laws, including the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or adaptation of any part of the Site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing a course grants only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the content for private educational purposes. The following are expressly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:
- Recording, ripping, or downloading course content unless expressly permitted
- Sharing login credentials with third parties
- Redistributing, reselling, or publicly displaying course materials
- Using course content for commercial purposes without authorization
Violation of these provisions will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.
7. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from:
- Publishing or transmitting content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or infringing on the rights of others
- Disrupting the operation of the Site or attempting to gain unauthorized access to its systems
- Using the Site for commercial solicitation or advertising without prior consent
Where the Site provides access to community spaces (such as Discord), Users agree to respect the educational and mentorship-focused nature of these communities. The Publisher reserves the right to remove content or ban any User who violates these standards, without prior notice or compensation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information provided on the Site, including course descriptions and summaries, is for general informational purposes. The Publisher undertakes an obligation of means (obligation de moyens) and does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of its educational content.
The Publisher is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessible via links on the Site (including but not limited to software tools, social media platforms, and portfolio sites).
9. PERSONAL DATA
The collection and processing of personal data through the Site are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertes), Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the User is invited to contact the Publisher first at aurel@conceptcore.co to seek an amicable resolution.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and R612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if no agreement is reached, the User may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator can be found at https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably or through mediation, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
